I really enjoyed my first LLS! I only had one issue which was the volume level during the meetings with the vendors. It was extremely loud and hard to focus. Perhaps maybe in the future you could do waves. For example have the same amount of participants to vendors and have a time limit to move forward. I was so pleased to be there. thank you
Liked the intimacy of the vender/client exchange. Wasn't interested in the product lines of the treatments I received so that wasn't helpful. Very well organized.

I loved to feel pampered while being able to look at new possible options for our spa. The location was beautiful, the treatments were amazing, the vendors were high quality and very friendly - overall great experience.
Vendors were great! Services were awesome. Lunch was good. Hung out in the bar....Dinner looked great; wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it. Over all a great experience!!! Lots of fun interacting with familiar faces and meet new colleagues. I was able to bring back some wonderful ideas.
