This is Lisa DeKoster - Spa Manager at the Vitality Center Anne is the guest service manager I think this event is as important to attend as ISPA. It is a great way to learn about spa skincare lines, equipment and innovative products for both retail and improving the guest experience. I really enjoyed being able to talk with the reps in an intimate setting. My one suggestion would be to offer it in a larger room with chairs so we could sit down and talk in depth with the reps. Wow! I absolutely loved attending this dynamic Live Love Spa event! This is my second time, and I have to say I am continually impressed with the level of quality and interesting vendors. This time was particularly fun because we received treatments! I loved receiving an oxygen facial from Intraceuticals! The venue was beautiful, and so accommodating, and all of the vendors were generous with providing samples so that we can go home and truly experience the products to know what would best suit our spa. All I can say is when you start your Live Love Spa day with being put in a spa robe and sandals (which are yours to take home), what's not to like? What a wonderful experience! The Live, Love Spa event exceeded our expectations in every way. I felt like we were at a mini Vegas Spa Convention . You are not overwhelmed with vendors just a very "boutique" style atmosphere of selected vendors with plenty of time for one on one with all of them. This is such a great show. You have the chance to see several brands in one venue that has been curated for the spa industry. In addition, you get a bit of pampering by receiving a treatment or 2 from potential vendors. I love this show!
