Great Experience! The Ritz-Carlton New York, Westchester Spa team had a blast at the Live Love Spa event! This was our first outing as a full team & it was an unforgettable day. All of the vendors were so warm, friendly & knowledgeable about their products. Thank you for having us!

I had a great time. I would suggest one thing. One of my services was for a manicure which I was not able to do as I had ANC on my nails. They did not have the right product to remove it. I was not able to have a 2nd treatment (they did offer a facial treatment but I had already had one). I would ask future guests if they have shellac, ANC or any other artificial nail products on before offering the manicure service. Everything else was wonderful and dinner was amazing!
This was my first Love Love Spa event. I came down on my own volition to educate myself on the latest products and techniques available. I found everybody to be incredibly helpful, warm and inviting. I learned more than I thought I would and met some very talented individuals. The entire event was presented professionally and delightfully. I would reccomend this experience to everybody I know in the industry.
The event was very well organized. The people I met and products I experienced were fabulous. Time well spent.
