We had a reservation but it wasn’t terribly busy at arrival but did begin to fill up within the hour. Our food was great and servers polite but our particular server was not as attentive about refills of water, checking back, delivering the bill then collecting payment as warranted by the number of patrons. We were out of water a couple times but my biggest issue was waiting 20 minutes for them to come back and retrieve payment … we had an infant who was very good but could turn on a dime so we were ready to be finished and ... read more

We coach our team on making sure our guests needs are met and exceeded, and we failed you. For that I am truly sorry.
