The overall process was smooth and perfectly facilitated by my loan officer. I also appreciate that Liz (my loan officer) was willing to work promptly as opposed to the officers at other brokers.My only issue was the relative high origination fees, which I expected to be the usual 1%-1.5% of the loan value.
