Absolutely delicious. 4.5 stars for ambience, hand-smashed-at-the-table fresh guac, and literally the best fish taco I've EVER had! Super crisp big light and fresh. Menu is a little odd - are they Mexican, American? Tacos were AMAZING but features seem to be burgers. Menu is a bit in-cohesive but what they DO serve up is fresh and tasty. Amazing drink selection.
My honey and I were in after the skating yesterday, and I had the best burger ever - the Kahuna - no cheese, but the combination of all the toppings, pineapple, onions, bacon and teriyaki, was heavenly! And the yam fries were the perfect side! Honey also enjoyed his salad. We'll be back!
Went to Local last night after our skate on the Rideau Canal with a bunch of my girlfriends. The music & vibe was great! Shout out to "Sir prince Charles" AND staff for their exceptional customer service!!! The fish tacos were delicious! You could tell the team was having fun in the kitchen and really put love into making our meals. Would return in a heart beat. CHEERS!
Tacos were delicious and much larger than I expected. Great value and atmosphere, overall. Staff was very friendly, but the service was a bit on the slower side.

Super place. Fun, great service AND really good food. Definitely recommend without reservation! Oh and FYI - ages 9 yrs to 67 yrs. plus they were able to accommodate a gluten free diet and a vegetarian diet. Come on!
Great location full of verve and vibe. Take it from a Mexican from California, best fish tacos and tortilla soup in Ottawa.
Went there for the first time yesterday and was very pleasantly surprised. Not normally a fan of chains but the food here was excellent - best calamari and burgers I've had in ages! And the wait staff helped to make our experience very enjoyable. Will definitely be back!
