We had a table of 10 for my 60th birthday. There was an Edm Elks game on, but the music was way too loud. The location was busy and lots of people. We did book ahead, about 2 weeks for this event. We were seated on high chairs - we did note that we were coming for a birthday celebration. The location was loud, I believe due to the music being so loud. I signed up for their "LPE" card, but it was not asked about or honored when payment was due. I also called as stated in their "policy" to tell them that I would be using it. ... read more

Listen, I had a great time and tipped like normal. What I don't understand was I had made a reservation for 7 people ahead of time. Received a call day of saying we are good to go for 430, then as I'm driving I receive a call they need to rebook me an hour later to 530. Rescheduling with 7 different busy adults pissed me off and caused one of my friends I havnt seen in a long time to cancel.
