It was very easy to get this storage especially doing everything online. However, staff was very courteous and helpful. Carla was awesome!
Just stay away! They never answer the phone. They just sent an email raising my rent from $80 to $92. Greed and poor customer service gets you no where.

I had written another review, and Susan H. said to call her so we could discuss the ridiculous increase in prices. The phone number that was given is disabled. I called the the number listed the site in New Braunfels, and spoke to them. They said that no one would contact me like that. Ultimately, I was told that since I had been there since 2017, I don't get the price new customers do. I have to pay $75 more per unit! So an extra $150 a month!

Since Access Storage became Lockaway Storage, my cost has increased 4 times. In less than 2 years, it's gone from $121 to $207. This latest increase was a jump by $48! I have 2 10×10 units, so $96 per month is a big hit to my pocket book. With the previous increase, I started looking for a new place,but decided it was too much of a hassle to move. Oh well.

I recently moved to New Braunfels and was looking for a storage. I looked around and finally went to Lockaway storage. That's where I was greeted by Carla. She was very courteous and friendly. She made me feel like I found a new friend. She's awesome and I would recommend this place for sure. Carla is the reason I chose this storage company.

Unprofessional company. Complete customer service failure. We tried to access our unit on a Sunday evening at approximately 6 PM. However, the keypad was completely dead and non-functioning. Several other customers were also there trying to access their units, but none of us were able to get in. We tried to contact the storage facility by phone, email and even Facebook messenger with no response.
