Great spot for storage. This place is well maintained and secure. I've been a customer several times when I have had storage needs and they never disappoint. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
I've been at this storage facility for 7 years now and overall its been great and convenient. It's changed ownership a few times and pricing continues to increase. I have two MAIN requests as a customer and to give your company positive feedback on some changes that should be made in my opinion. 1.) PLEASE bring in asphalt roads for the back and forth traffic to eliminate the dust factor. Large and great RV storage lot with lots of covered and uncovered space. Good-sized spaces with a LOT of room in front of each, so VERY easy to back in. They sell propane, and have a good dump station with a hose, and also have a free tire air pump. The security is much better than many lots, with an 8' solid fence all around, and a passcode required to get thru the gates -- in and out. Tenants have just been informed of yet another price increase - after a recent change in ownership. This will be the second price increase in a short time - and they still don't have propane available. The biggest issue though, is that the entire facility is covered with chalk rock - and the dust created by their high volume of in/out commercial daily traffic puts a thick coat of dust and dirt on everything in the whole facility. We have been keeping our motorhome at Covenant RV & Boat Storage for over two years now. Two years ago we wrote a review and gave it 5 stars. Things have changed to say the least. Not for the better! Several months ago the original owner sold. The new owner recently raised prices due to taxes and to be like the competitors. This place is not like the competitor, Secure RV.
