We have kept our boat at Lockaway Storage for about seven years. We have found the staff to be very helpful, usually. However, there has been a continuous problem with “critters” getting in and leaving their waste around. If you would look around the unit you can see at least three areas where they crawled under the adjoining wall. Appears larger than a rat. I told the previous manager about it. I hadn’t told current staff about it because frankly, I had given up.

If we become aware of a situation with rodents we engage professionals in an attempt to resolve it. Unfortunately, this can be difficult in some locations and we price these accordingly.
