While only getting the oil changed and tires rotated, I received a very comprehensive report on issues needing attention. So glad to know about a safety before it became serious. The car came back very clean. The waiting area was very comfortable even during the construction. I’ll only service my vehicle at Lockhart

RecommendedCommittment to customer service exellence. Staff could not have been nicer. I have been taking my car to Lockhart in Greenwood for 5 years....have to say that previous "greetings" and service was not as I would expect at a Cadillac dealership/service department---The staff available now are top notch...felt like family while I was there. Well done!!!! My car was serviced in about an hour.
