I usually receive a call from the lender of record when our contracts are ratified. Lola you were great, but it would have been nice to hear from from the onset to introduce yourself representing the buyer and stating your usual time to close and the unique buyers ability to close without any issues. All in all it was great but just the inital introduction would have been great. Happy Holidays!
