Lone Star was very prompt and polite in providing quote and explaining services, also had flexibility in providing the specific services I need. Their customer portal is very easy to use for scheduling, payment and report. Communications on the day were good, inspector informed me when he was on his way and when he was done. Trustworthy and speedy! We really appreciate the way they quickly scheduled our inspection. ***** was very communicative and patient while explaining his inspection. They really impressed us. He knew we had a deadline and he gave us the report the same day that he inspected. He went above and beyond!
