Quality of service and value are excellent. Inspection was prompt and very thorough. Only unpleasant surprise was that my cell phone number was given out to third party vendors. I received a sales call and emails from an affiliated home security system provider, even before receiving the full inspection report. Vendor salesman claimed that Lone Star gave me a heads up that I should be expecting the call, which was not true. I must have missed some fine print somewhere...
