We had Jason inspect an older property that we are interested in purchasing. He took his time both inside and out, and walked us through the whole process. He is extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. We feel much more comfortable about our potential purchase after having Jason inspect the property. Highly recommend!

I used Jason?s service as a Home Inspector. And I am pleased with his service. He is professional and has knowledge.
Felt like these people scammed me. I called and asked if they would be able to do the inspection my mortgage company was asking for. They said they could do it instead of an engineer doing it. They did the inspection told my dad everything was good at the house, then turned around and wrote everything was bad at the house. On top of that they wrote I would need an engineer to go and do an inspection. I would not recommend.
I retained ******************* with Lone Star Inspections to examine a home before closing. Im calling him ***************************. I can imagine him telling the builderJust one more thing ****** was all over the house cranking out a 62-page report that was powerful, had the force of 100 elephants, and exposed a scroll of repairs that MUST be made before closing. This was money well spent and save me about 5 figures in repairs, maybe more, on a new build. This was a GRAND SLAM! Hes the detective of the housing industry.
