RecommendedI had the best experience here than I ever have anywhere else in my life. If I’m not mistaken there was a lady driving a white Mercedes that worked here and was just getting off that saw me in my car irritated because I couldn’t find a doctor that was worth my time. And she helped me out and brought me in. And then the front desk lady with glasses was great. Very friendly staff. High recommend this business to everybody. Never been more satisfied in my life! Keep up the great work y’all!

The staff at Lonestar 24 HR ER took excellent care of me. The staff was professional and friendly and I would definitely go back if need be. I would recommend stopping by if you want thorough service in a welcoming and relaxing environment.
My mom broke her foot while she was here visiting. Lonestar 24 HR ER was THE BEST... it almost felt like a spa. Staff was super nice, everything sparkly clean, coffee bar, no wait, and have I mentioned the personable staff? I hope you don’t have to go to an ER, but if you can choose one, choose this one!
Went in feeling just terrible, Saturday 12/8/18 morning, early, around 6 am. The front desk woman was very kind and efficient! We were self-pay because our insurance didn't kick in till Jan. Even so, the staff and doctor were so helpful! I never felt belittled (like I had at other places when I didn't have insurance and had to make payment arrangements) In and out so fast! Had an excellent experience at Lone Star 24 hour Emergency in New Braunfels last night. I fell and hurt my knee so decided to stop there rather than a hospital. Everyone there was super nice and professional! They x-rayed and found a fracture of my patella and confirmed with a radiologist. We were out of there in less than two hours. I highly recommend this clinic!

The gentleman at the front desk was patient, caring and helpful. The doctor and nurses very kind and treated me right away. I have never received service and care like this. The whole staff was wonderful. That is hard to achieve in any business. I know that from owning retail businesses. They had all the equipment needed to help me, which most emergency places around here didn’t have.
