Had nothing but a wonderful experience with Michelle (RN) and the rest of the staff at Lonestar 24 HR ER. I am a nurse myself but know my limits with my children. We needed imaging for a potential fracture of my 3 YO’s foot/toes. Everyone was so kind, helpful, spoiled him silly (the girls at the front gave snacks/drinks/toys), the room was appropriately painted for kids…. The whole experience was great! The staff are all skilled and knowledgeable. Physician are all ER Board Certified. Dr. Bryson is so kind, caring and very attentive. My nurse Lonestar Louie is the Best. Facility is so clean. This is the Best ER in New Braunfels.
