I had an appt scheduled. Call to confirm the day prior. No mention of mask requirement change. Didn't bring a mask as the last appt I had, it wasn't required. No office staff was wearing one either. Showed up for my appt, they took my copay & checked me in. They THEN tell me I need to put on a mask. I tell her I don't have a mask & haven't worn one in previous appts. A very organized office with a short waiting time. The staff was professional, friendly and very polite. It was a very pleasant experience, after meeting doctor Carlton I was looking forward to the surgery. I would highly recommend LoneStar Bariatrics.
