I had a great experience at LOOK Dine-In Cinemas in Reston. The theater was clean, modern, and very comfortable. What I really liked was that you can order food and drinks, including alcohol, while watching the movie. It made the whole experience feel more relaxed and premium. My boyfriend and I went to see a movie here last night and unfortunately it turned into one of the worst movie theater experiences I’ve ever had. We originally planned to go to AMC but they had no popcorn, so we decided to come to Look Dine-In in Reston instead since we’ve had good experiences here before (we’ve been about three times and it’s always been great). Manager Kevin provided outstanding service at the movie theater. From the moment we arrived, he was attentive, friendly, and very professional. He made sure everything was running smoothly and that all guests felt welcome and taken care of. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and you can tell he truly cares about maintaining high standards. His leadership and positive attitude truly made the entire experience even better. Excellent customer service all around!
I loved this place! We celebrated my wife’s birthday with the entire family. The host/server is very accommodating. Raul and Kevin played a huge part in assisting us with the seating, especially since we have a big family. I would recommend it if you want the best movie experience while having delicious food. It literally feels like home.
Our movie experience at LOOK Dine-in Cinemas Reston was fine! Bought tickets early and arrived at the theater about ten minutes prior to the movie. A small bottle of water cost $6+ including tip which didn’t really make much sense. Other than that, the reclining seats were comfortable and seemed like we only had to sit through fewer previews which was nice!
