Better communication. Not getting closing documents at 8:41 pm the night before that weren't the final number. Better attention to detail. Fix mistakes you were told about before the initial application was signed. Paying more attention when emailing final numbers to make sure they went to the correct email, don't wait until 10:41 pm the night before to send a final number and if you do, communicate another way then next morning to double check received.
