We are very disappointed with this group/lawyer. I was in an accident, where my car was hit from behind, and it got total. I trust them to deal with the other insurance (Progressive). I had some injuries and they sent me to chiropractic to get treated. They assured me that the insurance would cover all these spences. I got almost 12-15 sessions with the chiro, plus the hospital expenses. They got all the documents and the police report. I trust them for this service. As a personal observation….his commercials alone would cause me to put him on the bottom of any list of Lawyers i might ever need. Again, personal opinion…they seem to portray him as nothing more than an ambulance chaser. Fine,if that is what you need..go for it…yet, doesn’t seem like someone i could personally trust…just based on those truck commercials.
This place was horrible. They took my case in May and continuously said they would help me for months but took no real legal action. Last week they told me they were finishing up and finally sending demand letters and my case would be done soon. After months of stringing me along, they called Friday and said they would no longer be handling the case because it was basically a waste of their time. They had no idea what they were doing. I think we got very little due to having to go to the recommended Dr. Yall sent us to and never got anything from them. All they did was talk all 4 appt. So that took more from the settlement. Also we felt other people with less injuries have gotten better settlement than Joshua did!

Be more honest. I was someone with a fall on my contract it said there were steps to be taken. 1st was to do treatment. I had x-rays at my Dr.'s office my shoulder was dislocated, no amount of chiropractic services was going to fix it. I needed surgery. I told them that they said keep going to treatment. Well I call Absolute Wellness center to see how much they charge. 179. for x-rays and 1st treatment, and $50.00for every treatment. How did they supposedly pay them 1500.
