Great! Lorenzo was very professional and kept me up to date with every process and explained everything I had questions about.
Lorenzo Sanchez and Colton Saunders were both very amazing, very helpful & kind throughout the loan process. There were several times that I had questions, concerns, or needed to update them, and they expeditiously responded to all inquiries. The only thing I would like (which I know nowadays is not common) would be to get a printed copy of the initial loan estimate. It's easier to read instead of from a screen. They did provide printed copies of the closing documents at the end, so that's still pretty great. All in all... read more
