As far as I can recall, everything went really well. Everyone was very nice. Even though my husband and I purchased our house in a matter of weeks, we never felt rushed when being asked for paperwork or other items as proof of income or Veteran status.
Amazing! Lorenzo was always just a phone call away. He was always willing to answer any questions we had. He if friendly and knowledgeable.

The experience and the customer service was great! The only thing I would say is when indicating to clients about getting a quote on homeowners insurance, I would suggest to state that they need to lock in the quote when getting homeowners insurance not just simply getting a quote just to clarify things. Other than that, the people working there collaboratively with us was a big help and they were professional and answered any questions we had!!
