The document signing was bad. The e-mail was not clear. It didn’t mentioned that it doesn’t work unless it is the day of closure and while it mentions that signing electronically is optional, it is not. Their WiFi was bad, so what took 5 minutes, took 25. And the resolution on a phone renders the documents illegible. Otherwise, good.
I like the way your company and staff do business. Easy to contact, knowledgeable, responsive and talented. All of the team members that I interacted with were great. I appreciate the hard work and desire to satisfy the customer.
