My experience is always good for the most part with PRMG. I send the bulk of my business to you. One area of opportunity is your appraisal department and turn times. You can look at the last 2 loans I have closed with you. Both times your appraiser took 5 PLUS days to reply regarding scheduling. 1 of the files we got the appraisal back late.
