Lori communicated very well. She was on top of what we needed to do and what the process was. When there was a hic-up in the process, Lori did some pre-work to make sure she had solutions then brought the issue to our attention giving the pros and cons of each solution. Once we picked the solution, Lori was able to get the loan process back on track without needing to move our closing date.
