Lori was excellent at keeping us informed every step of the way in our loan process. This was not the typical experience. There were many hurdles for example the appraisal was substantially late and we had to provide extra documentation for the final closing. Lori expedited the closure so we could coordinate with the closing of our previous house and get into our new house simultaneously. She was excellent and very helpful.
