Isn't it strange the new reviews were all written on nearly the same day. They were written by Park management. Come to the park and see for yourself. The front of the park looks great. Go to the back of the park and look at the garbage dump they don't want you to see. You won't be able to speak with the tenants because they will think you're working for the park to harass them yet again. And...
Children Unwelcome in Los Alisos! WARNING!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Especially if you have children or are planning to have children. I have lived here for more than 7 years, and the past year has turned into my own personal hell. My daughter used to play happily outside our home, with us closely watching since the only ""yard"" available to play in is the streets running along the front of the homes. Terrible place to live I give Los Alisos Mobile Estates less than 1 star. The staff is rude and always in your face. Their favorite line is ""You can't do that!"". There is no guest parking to speak of--very little parking on the street, and guests must get a permit to park inside or their cars will be towed, but the office closes at 5 and isn't open on Sundays. Los Alisos Mobile Estates This place is an awful place to live. I have been here for 8 years. I too pay the 'old' rent and have been hassled weekly for months now. All these 'rules' are outrageous. If the pools are even open, you can't jump in, splash, dive, use any floating device, no toys in pool, no smoking. The children in the park are not allowed to do just about anything fun, ride bikes, ride scooters. There is no play area. The neighbors I have are addicts or alcoholics. pitch a tent instead Not cheap rent. WannaBe high class. Owners & family of it think they are Gods. Staff takes on same attittude. Especially the office ""girls"" Been here as a renter 10 plus years. It used to be a fun place neighbors talked & knew each other. That kind of behavior is highly discouraged now. A cheap place to live (price and quality) Old school management, too many trailer trash tenants, maintenance is slow on repairs, owners are unreasonable, too much crime (keeps Westminster police department busy!), rules not enforced accordingly, cheap rent - what do you expect :) Pros + you definitely get what you pay for Cons - disrespectful neighbors
