Louis provided us with pre-qualification letters whenever we made an offer on a house, and sometimes those were made on a moments notice. The documentation needed for the underwriting was not unreasonable and the waiving of the appraisal requirement was very nice and saved us some money. The only negatives were at the closing at the title company's office on 9/30/2021, whereby a document was needed by Town Square saying that I was a single person (unmarried) and that there was no other owner interest in the property. This is my 2nd refinance for my home. My first refinance was a disaster. It took almost 3 months to close and the lack of communication was terrible.
