Consultation review: waste of $250 I consulted with him for breast fat transfer. Paid the $250 fee and got scheduled within a week or two. He was a few minutes late for the virtual consultation-not a big deal. I consulted with over 5 PS who are well known for this procedure. He was the only one that insisted I need a lift. I am unsure how he is still in practice. I had a terrible surgery outcome with him and the more I talk about it, the more I hear of other horror stories. He charges an arm and a leg for his beautiful office but don't let that fool you. He also has a new doc there that I am pretty sure did part of my surgery and I have now had 3 (yes 3) revisions. Save yourself.
Always toyed with the idea of implants. At 29, I felt that I had given myself enough time to “RELLY KNOW” if it was the fright decision for me. So far I’m thrilled with the results, my goal a modest B cup, as my entire life I’ve been what I jokingly would consider a -A. I’m now a week post op and am excited to see how they settle over time. First few photos are from before the procedure.
Post Op Day 2
A little nervous about the right inside, seems to have a slight ripple. All left is falling quicker than the right/ pushed to the side a bit more. Hoping the even out over the next few weeks!
Trying this again.. Repeating the last update with a properly cropped photo. Hoping the left (right on screen) will start to fill out in the middle / bottom with gravity. A little concerned about this diagonal but am trying to stay optimistic!

It’s only been two days but it’s SO HARD to be patient!! However I do think this situation is STARTING to improve itself. I’m still extremely concerned that the final out come will still have a great deal of asymmetry, considering my first post op photos show this slant in the left Brest. So I’m worried my surgeon possibly “carved out” the pockets differently, forcing the left outward rather than down like the right. We shall see, I have an appointment with him in 4 days so am anxious to hear what he has to say.
VERY sensitive nips today. Still swollen but less pain every day. Am a little worried I went too large. Would appreciate any thoughts on that.
