Why schedule a time for appointments when you are not seen at that time? Waiting time is extremely to long. They are friendly, but they really need to work out their scheduling issues. I was not the only person waiting more than hour and a half after my scheduled appointment time. Two other patients were there even longer. 🙁

I went January for appointment and went with contacts it’s now April I haven’t heard anything on my contacts.staff doesn’t keep you informed on anything.

This is the worst Eye Center I have ever been to! Not only was my appointment over 3 hours long, when we finally went to pick out glasses, Jordan, the lady in the optical dept, "accidentally" tried to charge my card for $5,200.45 instead of $52.45. I didn't find out until I called the bank later that day. Her only response to that was, "I didn't notice until after you left." We were there for so long that the office had closed and I had to come back the next day to complete the payment as she couldn't give me change because ... read more

Took our granddaughter there and all they did was rush us out and was rude. Didn't even do a follow up visit for her. Taking her back to our original Dr. Do not recommend.
