My experience has not been great since the merge. Have had a lot of miscommunication and several date changes for the surgery. Have hopefully set a final date and can move forward.
Have used them for years. Always get good friendly service, not a long wait.I would recommend them to anyone needing eye service.
Patients are seen promptly. Staff is very courteous.
My family and I have went to this clinic for 15 years. It used to be the best. Since the merge with LA eye and laser, I wouldn't recommend it for my dogs. BEWARE of surprise bills coming in that you were never told you would be charged and when you call to question it, WELL THAT IS WHAT WE CHARGE!! It would have been nice to know this before hand. At least give someone the option to decline service if needed!!!
Have been coming here for several years and it goes downhill every year. After being there for 3 hours, got charged for contacts for the first time ever due to them not knowing what they are doing. 0 stars, will never go back.
