I called in for an appointment for hard lenses. I stated once again hard lenses at appointment. Put me through everything only to tell me that they couldn’t do my lenses as they weren’t set up to do it. Gave me a prescription for glasses and referred me to someone else. Refused to release records unless I paid for them.

Because they are too slow...don’t know how to use their computer system and don’t check to see if they accept your insurance BEFORE your examination ...then expect full payment before you leave the office ...won’t be going back although I really do like Dr. Apt
