I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Terrible, terrible place. My mother in law was there and was ignored. She has Alzheimer's and dementia. She would wander around looking for her grandkids with her coat on and two nurses at the nurses desk were laughing at her. She was sweating and flushed. The place looks nice, but they aren't concerned about the residents at all, especially people with advanced memory issues. We got her out of there as soon as possible. I would rather die on the street than go here.

I am a friend or relative of resident Horrible, horrible place. My mother is in this facility as I write and if you have a elderly patient that needs more help because of some dementia or their age they will not get it. I sat there for five hours one night and not one aide came to check on my mom. Other than the PT and OT they sit in a chair all day. Kind of hard to rehab from that type of activity. I am a friend or relative of resident If I could, I would yank my parent out of this place as fast as possible. The food is lousy. Half of the time my parent hardly eats. I am told that others leave their food because it is so lousy. Additionally the staff in the dining room is rude. They rush the people in and out, and I am told that the food is tossed at you in a very disrepectful manner. For the amount of money that one pays for this facility, the very LEAST they could do is to provide decent meals with nice staff. They j... read more

I am a friend or relative of resident Some great nurse aides and nurses. Emphasis on some. Poor response to call lights. Wheelchair bound residents just sit on their behinds all day until their skin gets sore. Visitors push button to gain entrance, but can wait up to 10mins for someone to let them in. Would not recommend this place.
