I wish I got the name of the staff member that was helping me at checkout today. She was kind, caring and courteous and was highly concerned with my complaints of not being happy with the physician I was “assigned” to here. She tried to get me help and assured me they wanted their patients happy although I was previously told that was not possible by another staff member. I’ve never been here but based off how the CEO Ray Waldrup treats others I would never come here. Mr Waldrup is very rude and does not know how to effectively communicate to other employees who work in Windmill Station. Is he a CEO or a parking lot attendant? He seems to be way more concerned where people park than his own company.

Many of our patients suffer from arthritic conditions and need the easiest access to our building. Employees park in the designated areas to allow our patients the best access. Our employees put patients first and park in the designated areas as other employees in Windmill Station.
Care about the patients would be a starter!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Fink for over 10 years. He always takes his time and tries every alternative to help you. I have never had an issue with anyone in the office. They are always nice and helpful. They have treated me the same when I had insurance from my job, Obama care and now Medicare. Always nice and professional but friendly. Love his nurse Michelle.
I had a horrible visit with doctor Legerton I am suffering from fibromyalgia my family doctor said one of the most extreme cases he has seen, I have arthritis in my hips and was told by my chiropractor that I have arthritis and degeneration of the bones in my back ,he did not even address either one of those , he did no x-rays he did nothing for me except make me feel like I was a freak ,I wasn't in there looking for an easy way like pain pills which I've never taken for this illness....i was in there asking for help ,help t... read more
