RecommendedEveryone at Low Country Rheumatology is nice and helpful but the best part is I have begun to feel better this past year than I have in a long time. I now am able and wanting to work out which will also help me to feel better!
Ms Thyra and Dr Neimer are great at listening and working with patients. I feel like they understand Lupus patients like no other practice has. The infusion department is so good to all who are there.
Doctor Niemer and the PA listen to my concerns and are not rushed to leave the exam room.

On time appointments, friendly staff, care about their patients, very knowledgeable doctor and staff, “talks with the patient” not “at the patient”, responds quickly to the patient portal and approachable when questions need answers.
I took time to read ALL of the comments for Low Country Rheumatology current, one year back and also two years back. In addition I scanned 3 years back. What I found is that for the current year there were no negative comments. In year 1 there was only 1 negative comment. That one negative comment was from a person who has never been a patient of Low Country Rheumatology. Shortly wait in office, alway very helpful and all are very friendly
I saw Dr. Keenan February 1st in his Florence office. His staff is so nice and so understanding! I talked at length to Dr Keenan about all my aches and pains and pretty much told him my life’s history.. He listened to me and seemed completely concerned about how to help me going forward.. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Rheumatologist.. Thanks. Cathy B
