I have had a root canal before and it was hellish! Dr. Sargent and his staff were fast and gentle. They proved that it doesn't have be a horrible experience. I am so grateful and impressed. They are truly masters of their craft.
10/10 recommend getting a root canal done with Dr Sargent. I was there at 7am and done by 8:15. Zero pain, other than the numbing shots but even that was not bad. The staff is super nice and they made sure I was numb before doing anything. I strongly dislike anything to do with teeth and they made it super easy.
My experience there was very positive. The staff were professional, efficient and helpful. The procedure was as painless as possible and I was very pleased with the concern and care shown to me and for me. I highly recommend Lubbock Endodontics.
I have a real anxiety problem when I have to see a dentist. I can tell you this place made that anxiety disappear. They made me feel so comfortable and acknowledged my anxiety, and talked me through the root canal procedure. Dr. Chad Sargent was very gentle and personable. I highly recommend.
Christmas Eve emergency. They got me fixed and out of pain. These guys rock!!
Dr. Sargent and the staff were excellent. No one likes root canals, but I can safely say this was by far my best experience. The staff was both professional and empathetic regarding my dear of the chair. I felt comfortable receiving care, and Dr. Sargent was very quick. I experienced no pain during the procedure and had an overall pleasant experience.
Chadwick Sargent and his assistant are THE BEST. Period. I’ve had 4 visits and they take great care of their patients.
