I am new to the Lubbock area and Dr. Shanklin’s office staff scheduled an appointment for me within a week. For me, the efficiency and kindness of the office staff of my PCP is extremely important because of ongoing medical issues. Dr. Shanklin listened carefully to my needs and concerns and together we have a follow up plan. Love Dr. Shanklin and his team! They take time to listen to the patients needs, show compassion and understanding. Also, when I had a blood pressure issue, he saw me as a walk-in, right away!
