We hired Lucas Roofing to install a roof and gutter system on our new construction home in March 2023. Roof was installed in April 2023 and gutters were completed in May 2023. I immediately notified Mr. Lucas that his gutter crew were improperly installing gutters on top of the roof drip edge which is going to allow water flowing off the shingles to wick between the gutter back and the eave fascia to which he replied, "We warranty that water goes in gutter and not behind." They completed in a timely manner but once done my roof still had leaks. They pretty much told me it wasn’t there problem an the roof was fine. After I had another company come out to fix the issue the problem was they did not replace any of the flashing around the gables an the fire place. Which was said to be replaced. On top of that instead of opening the front gate the employees pulled it open an broke it. Which they did fix after a call to the owners son.Not a pleasant business deal at all.
