I picked up my Lucid Air Touring a week ago and to my surprise, no charging cables are included and the parts department somehow didn’t have any in stock which is insane given you are an EV company. The car itself is wonderful but the customer service at Kia would be better. There is a credit to order charging cables which I did use over a week ago and paid for 2 day shipping. AC has never worked since I bought this car 4 months ago. I can’t even drive it because AC doesn’t blow cold air and when it does it turns off after like 10 mins. Even school carline AC turns off. Car has been checked by your techs so many times and even sent to Houston. Can someone fix this, give me a new car or my money back. I’m paying over $2300 a month for a lemon.
