I saw the zenith red Lucid in person at century city and was in awe,so I wanted to see the black one. So I booked an appointment to see this in the official studio in Beverly hills. Absolutely stunning. You know you walked into a luxury dealership when they treat you like royalty in here. They offered me sparkling water and answered any questions I had. The car has too many safety recalls and is quite uncomfortable for anyone over 5'8". You bump your head when getting in and out. I drove 6 hours round trip and they would not wash the car saying the car wash closed at 12 noon... I do not believe it...and now 31 minutes of waiting for Customer Care because they say someone is coming on right away and then click they effectively disconnect you. Update. A tech that came out for another issue told me it wasn't scratches but the outline of PPF. Apparently it has PPF on one side and that I can request it for the other side. Lucid experience has been really weird. The service center communication still sucks. This would still not be resolved if I did not have a mobile service scheduled for another issue. That other issue they came out for is that during hot days when left outside, I get a warning that my rear door is open when it is not. The warning doesn't go away ev... read more
ZERO stars. Do not buy Lucid. Service/ repairs take over a month easily. Please save yourself the aggravation. My brand new Lucid Gravity stopped dead on the highway while I was moving at speed limit. No explanation. Very dangerous. It's been 3 weeks and had to show up in person to be told who knows how long It will be. It feels unsafe now. Please be careful.
