Michael Meader...! Lucid need to award Michael employee of the Year. Start to end, Michael was patient and helpful. Grand Gravity is such a great car. My trade-in car was 2023 Tesla Model X Plaid. I would have walk away if Michael wasn't with Lucid. I had a real pain with the trade in offer with the KBB for my Model X and Michael help sort it out. If, anyone is looking for a luxury electric SUV, Gravity is a no brainer. Family of 5 + Toby (my best friend). Talk to Michael.

I leased my Lucid Air Pure from this location from Michael. I highly recommend all three. Michael, the car and the Pasadena studio.
Where do I start, Michael was such a professional and expert with not just Lucid products but EV in general, I would have bought a Gravity if they had one in stock. Certainly, the Gravity sold itself after the excellent accompanied test drive on one of the best routes that Michael designed that demonstrated the capabilities of the Gravity's confident ride and one of the most serene interior of any car!
Amazing experience working with the Lucid team in Pasadena! Heather and Kanishka were very friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative in helping us through our test drives and navigating the entire process in getting our first Lucid. We appreciate their enthusiasm and patience and definitely recommend checking out their Lucid studio!
Parking: Parking at school house parking. Lucid validates. Big big big shout out to Matt who was our sales rep. Honestly came into lucid just to see if it's improved since 2022 and it has. Really just shopping for an Air Pure and it became something we wanted to purchase same day. Unfortunately the first time around didn't go as planned. The car is is nice and very luxurious looking and feeling. Unfortunately I would never know how well the cars are actually because the female associate there could not be bothered to help or explain anything to us. She seemed annoyed when we were asking simple questions and would just walk away after ONE question. Maybe she judged that we could not afford it when we were in market to buy one.
