My wife and I went on Valentine’s Day so it was busy. They were very apologetic about us having to wait quite a bit of time past our reservation the management service from Paul and the wait service from Sarah couldn’t have been better. Even though it was kind of loud, Sarah did a good job of explaining the menu to us. I’m just not a very big fan of Italian food. This place seems very trendy in a chic Scottsdale area. Phenomenal wine event. One of the best I have been. We were seated with other couples which made an event amazing. Met wonderful people, laughed hard, met Chuck Wagner and enjoyed the story behind Caymus! Food was delicious and very unique menu. The night started quiet and got loud very fast. Food was amazing!

We were very lucky to share an evening with the famous Wagner family famous for their Caymus Wines and coupled with Giata paired food courses! What a spectacular evening! The guests at our table were amazing and the 3 hours spent went by in a flash!!
