This is my second time dining here. The first time my food was a 7/10 but the service was amazing. Again this time the service was 10/10. The food however was 3/10 at best. My caprese salad was amazing and one of the best I have had. The fritto misto was dry and very over cooked along with the lobster I added to my pasta. I did order a side of lemon smashed potatoes, and I did not care for them, nor my guest; however, my did. I booked dinner for two, as a gift, for my mom and her husband for her 80th birthday. They had the most lovely dinner. My mom and Geoff said the food & service were both exceptional. They had lemon cream spaghetti with prawns & chicken piccata. Delicious! They shared the best lemon Caesar’s salad ever & chocolate carmel chip & lemon cookies. Having been to Giada Vegas, I wanted to try her new concept in Scottsdale. The entire evening was exceptional. Great food, great team from front desk to bar to table. Menu was excellent and my brothers and I loved the Lemon Spaghetti, pasta ala vodka and even the cowboy style steak. Meatballs and focaccia starters were both exceptional, the pesto was one of the best I've ever had. Don't get us started on the tiramisu. Fantastic. Our server Bailey was superb. We'll be back.

I get that Giada always talks about liking Lemon and parm as ingredients but it was taken to annoying level on several of the dishes we had. First off, the Cesar Salad had parm clumped up on the lettuce throughout. The signature dish spaghetti was over powering with lemon flavor towards the end. An issue with service is the waitress casually asked if we wanted a few more shrimp and scallops on our main dishes and that ended up being $40 extra! We continue to have some frustrations with this restaurant as the timing of drink/food delivery is often mismanaged. The food is always excellent, which is why we keep coming back. The staging of beverages, apps, mains etc is an ongoing struggle, it seems. The acoustics are also not the best. The space must need more buffering with added textures to reduce noise.

Best service I have had in Arizona. Beautiful restaurant, very attentive staff, food was great. Cocktails were the best part, I had Message in a bottle, which is poured table side. Ambiance is very nice.
