Waitress, Kendall, was amazing! Her suggestions were spot on! We had the focaccia for an appetizer that the 4 of us split. Branzino for our main course and they actually split it in the kitchen for my husband and me to share. It was presented beautifully!!! Same goes for the lemon spaghetti!!! Our only disappointment was the over the top prices for the drinks. Otherwise…excellent all around!

The service and food were outstanding . We had the lemon pasta wit poached shrimp, the forcacia bread, arugula salad and petite filet , everything was cooked to perfection and very tasty. Highly recommend the Jade room , it’s quiet and away from the kitchen.

One of my favourite restaurants in Las Vegas. The restaurant inside Caesars Republic is absolutely beautiful. The menu has wonderful items and we are excited to experience. Unfortunately, every item we ordered fell short of our expectations. Everything could’ve been excellent but was missing something. I’m very glad we tried this, but I don’t think I would go back to this location.

Valet was easy, sat right away with reservation. Location of seats was perfect based on my request. No children menus but they did have options. All drinks were very good. I’d say entree prices are aligned with most nice restaurants but sides and appetizer prices a bit high. The side of corn and sausage was $17. Amazing flavor but it’s a side to your entree. I hope my experience was isolated and I might be convinced to try again. My biggest issue is that our orders were not delivered as requested. Both the appetizer and main course were ordered with small adjustments (dressing on the side, no capers). My bigger concern is that I requested the GF pasta dish and can't be sure it was correct either, as I did have an incident upon getting home that only happens when I eat gluten.
