We started the evening with some signature cocktails sitting at your lovely bar! They were delicious and your staff was friendly and helpful. We had a reservation for five and we sat promptly at our table time our sweet waitress Rae was a delight and made the evening perfect

The Ceasars Republic is a very nice new hotel in Scottsdale. I was excited about having dinner at Giada, but I was not impressed with the food. Me and my friend ordered 4 different things, and I, particularly, couldn’t eat their carpaccio. It was too salty to my taste. We didn’t feel like we’ll go back to another dinner or lunch experience based on the other dishes we had. For a restaurant of this standard and prices, I was expecting the food to be accordingly.

Dining at Luna is traveling through Milan and Rome. Our dining experience brought back those wonderful memories of the trattorias and pizzerias. The wait staff employees from start to finish were fantastic… we ordered three drinks that took 25 minutes for two of them and the other 10 additional which was very disappointing … I feel the bar was servicing the bar customers not the restaurant and that’s an issue… Ordered some appetizers the focaccia bread and a pizza which both came burnt and we were waiting for a specific sauce that we ordered, which never came until after the pizza was finished .… Entrées were fabulous. My wife and I have dined at Giada’s in Las Vegas many times; Luna maintained the same exceptional quality of food and ambiance. All courses—apps, pasta, entree, and dessert—were sublime and delicious. Drinks were top notch as well. Our evening was made special by our server, Shereese. She gave us some wine recommendations to pair with the pasta and entrees, and they did not disappoint. What can I say? We liked it so much I made a second reservation before we departed for the evening.

Highly recommend! The focaccia is a must! The lemonchello soufflé was the best dessert I have ever had! Make sure you get pepper added to your meal.

We enjoyed our table in the Luna room but became aware they have VIP tables that are not for everyone. We started with two aperol spritz and the bacon wrapped dates which were excellent with the spicy sausage twist. We shared an arugula salad which had a nice tangy bite.
