Truly love this community and positive property management team. I relocated from FL fall of 2024 when the complex first opened. **Please disregard my previous review, as everything quickly changed soon after I provided a positive review. The staff immediately began to treat me poorly, target me, harass, and violate my rights as a tenant under the Fair Housing Act.** I would not recommend Luxe Park Apartment Homes to anyone. During my 12-month lease, I experienced some of the most unprofessional, unethical, and inhumane treatment I’ve ever encountered as a tenant. Horrible! We have had nothing but problems since we moved in. Our elevator has been broken more than it’s worked- we’ve addressed it and get the same response every time (we are working on it). The cobblestone walkway is busted in several places -I’ve addressed it and nothing has been done. The buildings are filthy- I’ve addressed it and have been told that the contractors left the buildings this way and nothing can be done. The gates have NEVER worked- we are not a gated community!!!
