Luxe Park is amazing! Crystal helped me with my tour and the application process. Everything went smoothly. Crystal is so sweet & easy to work with! Since moving in, the team at Luxe have been right there to help with anything I've needed. They genuinely care about the tenants! Shermaine is also awesome 😊 I love my new apartment. I’ve had an amazing experience here at Luxe Park! The staff is friendly, attentive, and always quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to Shermaine, the Assistant Manager, who was incredibly helpful and made my move-in process smooth and easy. I relocated one month ago from Michigan. Shermaine was the first person I spoke with about moving to Luxe Park. She remembered me from previous inquiring phone calls and was very detailed in answering all my questions. She would follow up with me during the sale of my home. When I arrived here, and met Shermaine in person, she was very personable and accommodating. Additionally, the property was more beautiful than I imagined. I am so glad I moved here, Thanks Shermaine!
Love my new home!!! Crystal was amazing and worked for me all the way through the process.Great staff and beautiful place to live Been in my new place since the end of June love everything the way it is lite up at night is so wonderful. Had to have my water filter for the fridge and filter for the air unit replaced and they were very quick to respond Leroy is wonderful at his job and very pleasant to work with Thanks for all you do
My experience has been nothing but top tier! Everyone is doing everything they could possibly do to make sure that everything is taking care of. Shermaine Thomas was amazing in the entire process with updates and communication!!! I recommend that anyone who’s looking to found a place in the macon area….it doesn’t get any better than Luxe Park!! I’m not telling you what I heard but I’m telling you what I know!!
