Luxe Park is amazing! Crystal helped me with my tour and the application process. Everything went smoothly. Crystal is so sweet & easy to work with! Since moving in, the team at Luxe have been right there to help with anything I've needed. They genuinely care about the tenants! Shermaine is also awesome 😊 I love my new apartment. I’ve had an amazing experience here at Luxe Park! The staff is friendly, attentive, and always quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to Shermaine, the Assistant Manager, who was incredibly helpful and made my move-in process smooth and easy. **Thin Floors Disrupting Peaceful Living** I recently moved into an apartment that I was initially excited about, but my experience has been marred by one significant issue: The Floors Are Incredibly Thin. I relocated one month ago from Michigan. Shermaine was the first person I spoke with about moving to Luxe Park. She remembered me from previous inquiring phone calls and was very detailed in answering all my questions. She would follow up with me during the sale of my home. When I arrived here, and met Shermaine in person, she was very personable and accommodating. Additionally, the property was more beautiful than I imagined. I am so glad I moved here, Thanks Shermaine!
Moved in at the end of September in a 4th floor apartment. Since then the elevator has gone down 6 times, all of them being down through the weekend. I have a 9 month old baby and work all day everyday which leaves my wife to carry the baby and whatever else (groceries, diaper bag etc) up 4 flights of stairs almost every weekend. Sometimes she has to make multiple trips. We have a wagon to carry everything up the elevator, but that does not good if the elevator keeps breaking.
