This project was a multi-person effort from lynch. Coming into a difficult situation high expectations from both our clients and our leadership. Add into that 2 other projects back at home and other smaller jobs across 2 states I needed all the help I could get. Mike and Matt helped with everything down to the last minute changes from the customer and our leadership team. Add to it my standards on the builds and our site rules just made things harder. The crew sent out for the recent cage ceiling remove were great to work with. I had alot going on that day but after discussing the scope I left to circle around with some other vendors. Before I could get back to them they were wrapping up the job. Really looking forward to working with them on the upcoming realignment project
