Horrible. Been here for years been promised carries always has some excuse why they can't give them when I have warned them. The so called leadership is not there all they care about is money they are detoxing clean people who are them od'ing and dying because of this place. So I've been going to Cannon Park for about 4 years now never had a problem except for maybe six months back there is a receptionist there who spoke down to everybody that went up to check in. So what happened is the old director told me my insurance was paying everything was all set, well come to find out they only paid for 2 months Canyon Park was well aware of that.NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT IT. This place is awful! The new upgraded computer system is unreliable. It has gone out several times in less than 6 months, causing the nurses to hand pump your dose, long waits of 2 hours. Oh well if you have a job, school, or children! This recurring issue with the computer system just shows how little respect they have for their customers oh I mean patients! You would think the problem would have been fixed or a backup was in place, but NO... On top of that, the staff is untrained, slow, and spread thin. In the 2 years ... read more

I just couldn't let this go. This place is full of the most two-faced, back stabbing people who are willing to do whatever it takes to get your money. I attend an outpatient treatment group at this clinic, as well as participating in methadone maintenance treatment. For the last few weeks, I have been denied my daily dose of methadone at least one day a week. The reason being that I am unable to give a urine sample while I am being watched. Where do I begin? This place is terrible! If you are looking for out patient treatment to actually GET help and get better then this place is not for you. At Canyon Park Treatment Solutions you are just a number that is what you go by when you check in is your patient # you don't have a name or a face you are a person with a # and a debit card.
