Positives: Good price, good food, nice rooms, most staff very caring and helpful. The residents are nice and helpful. Negatives: Not much in way of activities. communication isn't always the best such as with physicians and staff. No one seems to know a lot about phones for room, internet, etc. Have to mostly figure out on your own. All in all it's been fine after we got over the first few weeks.
The facility was clean and better than I had expected. My tour guide, [name removed], was very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all my questions and concerns and provided food for thought as we work through the world of memory care. My only real concern was the shared rooms. They were small and space was divided by furniture. It reminded me of a dorm room, but I had not known what to expect as this was my first visit to a memory care facility. There are some outdoor renovations in progress as well
My dad is well taken care of but there's been a complete turn over in staff and the billing keeps getting messed up.

The staff in memory care were very kind to my Mother. Administratively, I had to move my Mother's room 3 times in 6 months.
The staff at Lynridge are extremely friendly & knowledgeable. We were ready to have my mother become a resident in the memory care facility. [name removed] there was super knowledgeable and knows her stuff about dementia. Our issue came from the contract & requirement that family must sign as a financial guarantor & be responsible for funds if the residents doesn't have funds. Like the fact it is all-inclusive pricing for the care versus added on care fees. The staff are respond in timely manner when assistance is needed. Although, my loved ones do not participate in the activities, they are pleased with the staff and care they receive.
Wonderful sales team, they make you feel very comfortable and it is an easy process. Staff love their residents and always engage with them. Great community. Seen activities going on, clean community, great food.
Most are warm and friendly, the in house Dr and nursing staff is great but billing seems to be challenged. I think they need to start a book club or card games, bingo, arts and crafts, anything is better than nothing.
I would say do your research for what place best suits the needs. Nothing will ever be perfect but in all I've been pleased with decisions made and I think people are doing their best.
